I did heavy dumbbell flyes for the first time in a very long time. I normally don't do flyes, instead I'll do cable crossovers. Well, needless to say, I'm quite sore today and wasn't completely expecting to be quite this sore, but I love the feeling. Knowing that I am sore for a good reason is a great feeling. I had my buddy go to the gym with me and I called him today to see how he was feeling and he told me he had to roll out of bed and is sore to the touch. I love getting sore from training because I know I did a good job and just knowing that I'm getting back to where I was just motivates me more. I was worried about my arm getting hurt somehow again, but it was fine and had no pain like before. Definitely ready for more

hell yeah dude, heavy incline flies kill me too... then again anything out of the normal will jack you up.

ive been pre exhausting with incline flies, then coming back to them at the end of the workout

I did inclines. When I first started to do flat flyes after coming back from my broken humerus, these hurt like a mother fucker. It would hurt more so on the part where I'm brining them together at the end of the movement. I could really feel a sharp pain right where the break was, but doing these the other day didn't bother me at all. So I'm definitely going to keep it going and move forward now that I know things seem to be back to normal

I did DB's only for chest yesterday and man, holly crap!! Im so sore that I can't do much. I tried DB's only b/c Presser wrote about it and he was smack on. I will be doing DB's only twice per month to confuse the muscles. Thanks press, oh what happen to the old avatar with you in a thong!!!!
