Coming back from a six month layoff due to labrum surgery of the right shoulder! I am 6'-2" at 215 lbs. at about 12% BF My waist line is currently 31". Quads are right at 24" chest is just over 50" arms are 17 3/4 Still have a long way to go and a lot of hard work ahead! Being a meathead is a beautiful thing!
