What AAS is he using (if you may tell) at what doses...So the GH is only taken once a day and IGF is taken twice a day ? What times on the IGF ?

He is just taking GH , slin and IGF---No AAS. He takes 6 i.u. GH along with 40-50 mcg IGF first thing in the morning. He rationalizes since the body naturally secretes GH at bed time that would be taking advantage of putting GH in the body when it has the least naturally which is generally between waking up and 3pm.
He then takes 40-50 mcg IGF in the PM. He's in his 7th month.
The first 4 months he did also add slin. Humalog
Monday-wednesday- Friday he takes 10 i.u. of Slin Post workout with 100 grams carb and 50 grams protien ZERO FAT. He gets really wicked pumps.
This is his first ever cycle with either IGF/HGH/SLIN.
I talked him into this because he was complaining about being stuck for about a year so I figured he needed something new.
He takes roughly 30 grams of structured lipids Mainly GLA/CLA at bed time. He swears it helps keep the lean gains coming. I put this in his diet because I got good results from 10-20 grams daily.
He stopped the slin after 4 months cause he ran out.....He'll get some more soon because he wants to do this cycle for an entire year since he stocked up on everything but the slin.
His diet is super clean. High in protien (500 grams daily) maybe even overkill.
Although he is not training for a contest he really is an accidental beast just by trying stuff he was a virgin too. The gains are about 3lb's a month.....nothing huge but he was really stuck and broke a year long plateau. If he continues at 3 lb's a month.....thats around 30+ pounds for the year.
He has earned it. Never cheats. Real food is his base diet. He sleeps plenty and doesnt hang out or party. He just works and lifts and sleeps. He wanted to make this his year because he's been through alot and wanted one selfish year.
I think he's in that special 1% group of people that lives the life 100% without compromise and he never lacks motivation.
