Ick, I just really do not like clen. Too shaky and anxious feeling. And I REALLY doubt it's helping me lose weight. I'm gonna stop it and not cycle it when I'm off DNP.
I can't WAIT to go back on! ARGH!
 
I'm all about some clen! Yet I know a few that can't stand the sides. So what are your stats as of now jrt?
 
Same, 154. That's why I'm pretty sure clen does NADA for me with losing weight. Just strict diet is what I'm gonna stick to when I'm off DNP. GOD I want to go back on it right NOW! I can't WAIT to hit 140.
 
I had like, 5 people tell me weight lost on DNP is temporary, that when you come off it the weight goes right back on. Well, of course if you don't keep your diet clean and strict yeah duh, but the weight you lose on DNP ain't water, and it won't "rebound". None of those people had studies or reports or even personal experience to back that statement up. Silly.

what were they thinking trying to tell YOU something :lurk: only 5 people said the same thing. you rebound from pretty much anything that helps you lose weight to some degree when you stop taking it. even something is simple as caffeine
 
Well darling dearest, we can only hope DNP will kill me, thus ensuring I shan't rebound from it in the least.
No but seriously, peer reviewed research or articles being supplied would be ever so helpful. I'm sure our faithful readers would like to see where you get your information from. (Not being facetious in the least, I am truly interested).
 
im not sure i could provide that. but i have real world experience from prepping for high level of competition under under someone who could probably spit something of the top of his head from some medical journal. towards showtime when every bit of everything including water counted we had to make sure none of this rebouding occured by carefully planning the use of such things.
 
What will be interesting is to see where I am a few months after stopping DNP. My goal is 140, so that will probably be one or 2 more cycles, and I plan on staying on the same diet or thereabouts. What my training will consist of will also be a determining factor, of that I'm not sure. But assuming all is the same by the end of the summer as it is now, we shall see. I don't see anything changing as of now.
 
Here's a question for anyone to answer, any idea why clen doesn't seem to work for me? Any scientific reason possible? Ever hear of it not working for other people?
 
ive never heard of it not working for anybody. Im sure its like everything else somebody can take 200 mg's of test and grow like a weed where somebody else may need 500 or more etc. Clen works for me fine but in my line of work i cant afford to be shaky and to get too dehydrated etc. so i stay away from it mostly. Hopefully getting a new job soon though so that wont matter then. good luck.
 
Well have fun getting dehydrated and the shakes! Clen is great for that! I'll keep it around for when I have pms and get bloated lol.
 
Well all I can handle is 40 mcgs so maybe that's why it's not doing anything, I need a higher dose. But no thanks, I'd fly off the planet and puke along the way. DNP in a few days! Can't wait to feel warm, it's been very cool here especially at night!
 
I'm going to have a cheat tonight since I've been beyond good! Eggplant parm with spaghetti and bread sticks! Then not weigh myself for a few days lol.
 
Yummmm that was a damn good cheat, I had peanut m and m's for dessert. Back to vegetables and soy tomorrow. Don't be jealous!!!!:)
 
Ok, SECOND CYCLE ready to go! (well, tomorrow, but I'm planning it out today)
First 4 days, 200 mgs
After 4 days if no sides, 300 mgs
Duration of cycle- 3 weeks. I will not go above 300 mgs this time. I didn't notice any difference between 300 and 400 except more carb cravings at night on the 400.
Supplements are:
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
ALA
NAC
Green tea
Calcium/Magnesium
Taurine
CoQ10
Potassium
V8 juice
Benadryl
For water I have Crystal Light Metabolism- it has added caffeine and green tea with some vitamins thrown in. There is also a Crystal Light that has added electrolytes in it which I also drink. I plan on eating more veggies while on this cycle to stay more regular. Had issues with constipation last cycle, I believe because of the supplements. I am also adding Miralax, a daily laxative that is very gentle. Seems to work well. As well as Psyllium husk.

I live in Upstate NY so it doesn't get "hot" here til July. June remains fairly cool, rarely going above 80. Nights here are still in the 40's. It's 54 today. And I'm freaking freezing with the heat on so I can't wait to be warm again on DNP.

Starting weight this cycle, 154. First cycle I started at 172. Goal weight for this second cycle is 140. First cycle I lost 15 lbs in 18 days. We'll see what this cycle produces, won't we?

Temperature and blood pressure will be monitored every couple hours. Even off DNP I have kept my water intake very high compared to what it was before.
I have told my mother, who is my "roommate" about the DNP and what sides to expect if I am showing signs of over heating.
Wish me luck! And to all you lurkers who may have decided to try DNP, please be careful. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you're an idiot and fuck around with DNP you'll get in trouble. Don't go doing anything dumb with this stuff. It's not a miracle and your diet has to be ON and super strict.
My calories will be 1200 while on. Any cheat I have will consist of sugar free ice cream in small amounts.

Damn, that is just way too much shit! I'm sure I take just as much shit, but seeing it all written down is a whole different story. Keep us updated on your results. Informative log so far, minus the bs drama.
