What's your approach to Bodybuilding, high intensity or high volume? I actually do both. For chest, legs, and shoulders I do more volume. For back and arms I do high intensity. Don't get me wrong, I still use shit loads of weight on volume days, but I do more sets and shit loads of drop sets on volume days. My back and arms really respond better to high intensity training though. I super set bi's and tri's, but only 3 ALL OUT exercises.
