For the last like 3 years I've done 1 muscle a day 5 days a week. Chest back legs shoulders arms. The last 3 months I actually split arms into 2 days biceps and triceps. Of course on those days I'd do cardio abbs obliques so that I was there for atleast an hour.
My question now is I'm about to start working out with a friend who will do shoulders bis and tris a day and chest and back or chest and legs a day so I said what do we do with the other days of the week. He says he'll hit muses twice a week. Is that over working? Keep in mind I'm taking 600mgs of test and 600mgs of eq and 50mcg igf 5-6 days a week
Is it beneficially for me to change since I been doing one muscle a week for so long?
