ditto and congrats (my wife is expecting too, baby boy on Feb 6)! being horny all the time is def a side effect. tried the patches and they do suck, expensive (75 bucks for one month), and if you sweat, forget about it, they fall off, so i switched to injections (40 bucks for 20ml which lasts just a tad over 2 months), much much better. looking at picking up some IGF soon from MC as soon as i have some funds. with the HRT, I completed dose 5 last Thurs. I've been dosing 200mg every 6th day. really starting to transform, finally, pumped! with my workouts, i've been doing a fairly simple but intense routine. chest on day 1, back on day 2, rest day, then tri's/bi's and shoulder presses, rest, then legs... however, i have been adding one leg exercise, like dead lifts, at the beginning of each workout. legs are by far my least fav (and they're pretty weak so it's 10x as hard, gotta push thru) but i know they help with hormone production and have great anabolic effects. thinking about adding some plyometric exercises to improve my explosiveness, especially good for martial arts. with all workouts, i've been doing pyramids, 10-12 reps, then 8, 6, 4, increasing weight as i decrease reps. after 8 wks, i'll switch it up with types of lifts, weight, and reps, so i hopefully can forego the plateau. in the past, i've had trouble getting past the plateau, but i think i have an o.k. plan to minimize that effect. oh, i've been supplementing with bcaa's/protein shakes, glutamine and creating powder, all post workout. during workout, i've been using gaspari size on, and a little caffeine/arginine (jack3d brand) at the beginning of workout... i know most of the otc stuff is mostly marketing hype, but hopefully some good can come from it. in 5 weeks, i've increased from 165lbs to 175lb, 10 lbs of muscle and still gaining. any feedback or thoughts is greatly appreciated.
