well i am back in the gym full swing, and my neck / back injury is healing well, so since i have been back in the gym, my diet has been impecable!
I havent had one cheat meal in almost 3 weeks, so far i havent eaten a slice of bread or anything bread related, been on a strict high protien diet! feels great, and the mirror is changing for sure.
I weighed in at 294lbs last night at the gym and was quite surprised considering it looks like i lost some of the fat i gained while i was hurt, but apperently i packed on some decent muscle for me to have scaled out at 294lbs
anyways, im loving this no bread diet, cutting out all breads and most all fats has realy made my body change fast!
