how does your diet/workouts go during OFF times

I went from 6 days a week to 3, and eating fried chicken sandwich with rice instead of 2 chicken breasts with veggies for lunch (at work) not watching carbs at all, eating chips and some candy too!
 
right now my diet is shit...just trying to get enough food in not worrying about what it is....too much work sucks

Mine is usually the same way. Hard enough getting the calories at all to worry about what kind they are.
 
Mine is always the same.. That is why I look like shut all the time.. But for the last 2-3 weeks I have been eating cleaner.. And I'm doing 10 min of cardio b4 and after my workouts ..
