SKIP, no actually I am in the 2-3% range, in fact half the time I am what is considered "untestable", I have had all three types of analysis, calipers, electromagnetic testing, as well as water testing, they all varied about 1%, but all of them put me in the 2.4% to 3.4% range, this is before a show, i am talking. Off season, unddoubtedly, i run about 4.5%, I will have pics soon to show, you will see !!!

You must have a Body2see if you have been found "untestable" to body fat. Look forward to these pics brudda !!!!
 
This thread has been hijacked, LOL. Yeah, there's not a person on this planet that can make substantial LBM improvements year after year while maintaining 4% readings....physically impossible.

ADD: I am awaiting the pics from the untestable cat. If your bodyfat were 2.4%, you wouldn't be able to even hold a camera up, let alone push the button to take the pic.

Just my opinion. Shut me up if you can. ;)

BTW, what were your caliper readings like?

Since you appear to be specifically referring to my post regarding LBM gains, it was never meant to flame you or accuse you of anything...simply referring to the fact that anyone trying to make significant changes to their bodies can't get away with holding those numbers you claim.

As far as being jealous, *no* lol. Bro, I started out 8 years ago at a buck 50. Now, I'm 260 at the same BF% ~9%. I've made substantial mass gains after training for 8 years. I hold a state record in powerlifting and will set 2 more next month. I've never lost a deadlift meet.

I'm not saying you aint ripped, but for me @ 5'11", 160 just won't cut it.
 
Man, you guys can get intense! It was entertaining though, I must say!

Ummmmmmm, I think I forget what my original post was all about, but if anyone wants to scroll up and check it out, any advice would be awesome!
