I ate probably 2k in cal's just for dinner last night lol i feel guilty as hell but ill be back on track saturday these are the only days im cheating im not even going out for new years so ill make up for it.
around this time of year i pretty much say hell with the diet just make sure i get my protien in and eat whatever else i know its not the smartest thing to do but im enjoying it and i really dont put that much wieght on come march my diet will be nailed down to a T
I've gone on runs where I eat a dozen donuts a day plus pizza and whatever shit I could get my hands on. All it does is make me sick. I can't seem to gain weight off shit food. Not even fat. But I do still eat either ice cream or a slice of tutrle pie every night.
But I actually do feel guilty. That's why I've slowed on the shit food. Terrible for heart/body

i've been doing good in the morning and afternoon. So its the dinners that mess me up. Last night i had 2 servings of my mom's home made cheese cake- its so damn good....
I learned after thanks giving, that eating pie is addictive. SO im trying really hard to stay away from anything with sugar, including hair pie.
I actually might have ate less during the holiday...with all the traveling I only got in maybe 3 meals a day...even if they are not the healthiest food
jesus christ i ate so much these last 3 days it was unreal today i was back on the diet but thursday friday and sat. were nuts. 3 to 4 plates of dressing turkey ham everything you could imagine, then at least 2 plates for dessert thats only at night too . I only put on 2 pounds though i was surprised and now im down to only 1 pound after dieting and pissing some water away today so not too bad.
