Take a whey powder
Take a weight gainer powder(optional)
Eat complex carbs and veggies
People that have trouble gaining weight often find that just simply putting on mass.... fat or muscle is the way to get bigger. You can always cut off your fat later.
I generally stay around the same. 215-225. I feel much better at 225 though. My body just knows when to stop putting on weight though (for now) one day I want to be like my avatar though
I drop and add water real easy-I can swing 10 lbs or more in a couple days-But that is very misleading-To really grow and get big takes time and commitment.
Up and down in weght what ever I want. Like the others said diet is the key along with sound training. Once you figure out how your body responds it gets easy to figure out what you need to do.
I am the same way. If I dont put 100% in my diet I wont gain a lb. but as long as I do everything right I gain weight pretty good. but at 90
% i WONT gain shit.. I dont know my body is weird like that......
but if I dont watch I could go form 225 to 208 in 10-14 days.....that is just my body..
