I love fruit. I eat lots of Kiwi and Clementines. Also eat bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, grapefruit and pineapple. I think fruit is very important. Lots of phytonutrients that other foods can't provide.
I eat a lot of fruit...blueberries and pineapple are my favorites (bluberries for health, pineapple digestion)....when i eat these two fruits i can get away with eatig wheat and gluten...and I think fruit helps me gain weight....I cut it out when dieting...right now it's about 30% of my carb intake....i get anywhere from 2-5 cups per day
