I'm looking for advice on using tren for recomposition. I would like to put on muscle and lose body fat. What do you guys think about doing the tren at 50-100 mg every other day?
Do you think that this would work well for me, or should I be looking at running it at a higher dosage? I was thinking of stacking it with maybe some masteron. I'm 5'10" and 175 lb. And 38 years old

It's even better if you stack Tren. You can run a Testosterone Propionate (Test-P) and Trenbolone Acetate (Tren-A) cycle.

Tren is not that complicated to run. I would use either anavar or tbol with it. Something mild will keep things under control.
 
I hope you will go with Domestic Supply for their tren. The reason is they have the cleanest tren out there. Beligas and Pharmaqo will get you the best results of your life.
 
Tren is the goat, but you want to make sure that you are taking care of yourself when you're using it. Make sure you don't go higher than 350 mg a week and make sure you use an N2Guard with it.
 
Bros, I would go with tren at 250 mg a week. See how you do on it for two or three weeks, then you can increase it by 50 mg if you want.
 
At 38 years old and 175 lbs, your focus for a recomp shouldn't just be the total milligrams of androgens, but how you manage your insulin sensitivity and prolactin levels while on Trenbolone.

Trenbolone is unique because of its incredible ability to increase nitrogen retention and its binding affinity for the glucocorticoid receptor, which literally prevents muscle catabolism even in a caloric deficit. However, jumping straight into 300mg+ a week can be a shock to the system if your cardio and blood pressure aren't dialed in.

The Dosage Strategy: 50mg-75mg Every Other Day (EOD) of Tren Acetate is a much smarter starting point than a fixed 300mg/week pack. This allows you to monitor the 'Tren-somnia' and night sweats. If the side effects become unmanageable, the Acetate ester clears your system in 48-72 hours.

The Masteron Synergy: Stacking it with Masteron (200-300mg/week) is an excellent choice for a recomp. Masteron doesn't just add 'hardness'; it acts as a mild anti-estrogen and, more importantly, it can help mitigate some of the neurological 'mood' side effects that Trenbolone is famous for by balancing the androgen-to-progestin ratio.

Nutrient Partitioning: To truly 'recomp,' you need to capitalize on Tren’s ability to shuttle nutrients into muscle cells. Keep your carbohydrate intake focused around your training window. Because Trenbolone can negatively impact thyroid output (T3), some users find that adding a very low dose of T3 (12.5mcg-25mcg) keeps their metabolism from stalling during the later weeks of the recomp.

Prolactin and Health: Don't forget that Tren is a 19-nor. Even at moderate doses, it can spike Prolactin. Keep P5P (Vitamin B6) at 100mg-200mg daily to keep Prolactin in check, and monitor your blood pressure regularly.

Recomping is a marathon, not a sprint. Quality over quantity.
