After much trial and error I find that for me 10iu of (log) followed by 2 scoops Cell-Tech; then 30 minutes later down a protein shake of 50-75 g.....
I have always told people to do this >>> Get you some kind of Cola product (NOT DIET) and some crackers (half a sleeve should do, shoot you 5 - 7 iu of slin and wait. When you start getting sweaty and the shakes this is the onset of Hypo, eat the crackers and drink the coke; knowing what going hypo feels like can save your life!!!
