I can do Dips again!

I haven't been able to do dips since my pec rupture 10 years ago. Everytime I would try I would get a severe pulling pain in my arm pit before I even started a rep. This has really impacted my training as nothing hits my pecs like dips. I've been using the ultrasound on my pec and leg since the injury and continue to do so about 2 - 3 times a week. I was doing chest on Monday (international chest day) and every 130lb high school idiot was on a chest machine contorting and tag team yanking on every piece of chest equipment in the gym.... except of course the dip bars. So I decided to see how my pec felt before I started slinging the little shits out the door like dirty carpets. To my amazement I was able to do 2 sets completely comfortably for 15 reps. I was only able to use my bodyweight, but my chest immediately ballooned up! My favorite exercise is back after 10 years!
