Well for the past couple weeks, I have been talking to a friend who is in with this supplement company that has some pretty sweet supplements. Stuff, that has gotten rave reviews and alot of people have seen great results. Its kinda a great market supplement, but legal (for now) Im very excited that i will be on board to help markety the line up of supplements they got now, and any future ones.

I still got Perscribtion Nutrition to, as they got some killer whey isolate, and casein protein. I get all my protein from them. Along with my mulit vit and mineral complex...Great company, great prices, and easy to work with and for...

Then I got good old MC right here in my back yard. Presser, has done so much for me, and im very thankful for all the help he has given over the years. MC IGF, MC supplements, its all really great stuff. I use it all.

Cyber Supplements to has been great, for letting me use there aqua burn and cyto burn for my prep, and let me tell ya they are they real deal. I honeslty fell like I have lots a good amount of fat already and its only been about 2 weeks at the very most. Im using very little to, jsut a few drops of each for now...

so to all my sponsor's thank you so much...all your help is great, and without it, it would make my prep alot (ALOT) harder...

And lastly I wanted to say that pic you posted in this thread is what you need to walk on stage looking like bro! Fuck all that science , kind of like the post you made about ovethinking the last week before the show, well along those lines bro i wanted to say if you could walk on stage in that exact conditioning and more importantly SIZE your showing in this picture, then thats the winning look brutha as you look bigger and more shredded then in this pic now then you have in your last couple shows, your conditioning is always spot on, but your size in the past doesnt look like the size your showing in that picture, and I hope this isnt coming off as a knock on you, which im sure you know, but its tough reading into posts sometimes, anyhow i just wanted to say you look spot on brutha and I would try to come in with this exact look and if that means no crazy carb and/or water loading or diuretic then so beit.
