I hate the holiday season....

But only because of work. Work picks up more every year from November 1st to about the middle of January and it really makes me hate this time of year although I make more in these 2 months than I can make in the 4 months leading up to it. I am lucky to be a union employee so I have job security, but I really consider leaving to find a better job this time every year. I swear if I was able to find another job making the same amount of money I make now I'd leave in a second. Sorry for the rant, just had to get it out

I'm in the same position, but I'm willing to bet the "picking up" of my work is worse than yours. I also NEVER have holidays off. My Uncle just bought a new Ferrari 458 Italia and is bringing it by my moms and I don't get to see it.

I think I know the kind of work your in and I know your's is stressful in a whole different aspect, but mine is just a lot of work and moving around with a lot of time frames
