Is awesome. I started 2weeks ago today. At a weight of 230lb. I got on the scale this morning 219lb. I assume alot of it could be water weight also. I am doing keto diet. I wanted to try it and see how it would work. I also am hitting the treadmill twice a day. I am going home next week and I am busting a$$ to look as good as I can. Thanks MCAS
