I hired a trainer for leg day

Alright since I need to bring up my legs, I hired a trainer to personally train me on my leg days, that way I push it 100%.
 
Who is it? Local guy or do you have someone giving you workouts via email?

dont forget to do the inner thigh machine i think if you hit that heavy and build up the inner thighs it will make your legs appear alot rounder.

No Patrick. I do the inner thigh machine twice a week.
 
You must really respect and appreciate your co-workers, when I was a trainer all of mine sucked and wouldn't have known where to begin

This is why I asked if it was someone local, because I may not be the biggest guy at my gym but no one trains legs harder than I do. But if Guy emailed me a workout and said "do this," I would get it done or die trying.
 
I guess with him living in a place where fitness is a lifestyle it's more common for trainers to know their shit, where up in Pittsburgh these trainers don't know jack shit except from what they read in a book. They don't know how to put the concept to work

You just pointed out 95% of trainers out their. Probably even a high percentage. A lot of people at my gym pay $50-$80/hour for a guy that is fat and not even muscular. Oh at the university I'm going people pay $50/hour for this guy with 13" bicep to train them and dude doesn't even know how to bench.

Anyways, at one point I was killing those leg workouts but right now for some reason I can't push myself as much but I guess you have to do what you have to. Hope you make some amazing gains!
 
Today was my first day with the trainer. Got to say it helps so much. Pushed it a lot harder. Was sweating like crazy. Even my ass was pumped. I really liked it.

Gotta say its both. Its a little different when you have to pay someone to get a workout, so I gets my money worth and he really feeds off my energy.
