dont forget to do the inner thigh machine i think if you hit that heavy and build up the inner thighs it will make your legs appear alot rounder.
You must really respect and appreciate your co-workers, when I was a trainer all of mine sucked and wouldn't have known where to begin
I guess with him living in a place where fitness is a lifestyle it's more common for trainers to know their shit, where up in Pittsburgh these trainers don't know jack shit except from what they read in a book. They don't know how to put the concept to work
