I disagree with the personal trainer idea. The only people who need a personal trainer are people who don't know how to train and need to be motivated by someone else.

True, but look at the OP-- "I HATE MY BODY" and ~"Don't care about" pressing 600lbs?? Yes this forum is helpful, but I really think nothing beats some one-on-one help when someone is feeling so low.

I've always believed that personal trainers are 50% about getting your lift on and 50% getting you out of those bad lows..

keep the big 3 low reps. Everything else should be kinda high reps if your wanting more white muscle to get harder.

Also, bump chaps post. 400+ grams of pro may be a good idea since your a big guy. Just keep in mind lots of protein is hard to consume. Its also hell on your kidneys. Alot of protein is a good idea but sometimes its easier to raise your protein levels as you go rather than reduce them.

Ya i agree about keepin the main lifts in the low rep range 5-8 reps, whereas everything else should be kept in the 8-10 rep range. Also short rest periods of 1 minute or less should be used on every exercises EXCEPT for your 3 core exercises. Good supps for fatloss include: Yohimbine HCL, Ephedrine HCL, Clenbuterol, Guggulsteroines, CLA, Hempseed oil. I'd also suggest getting something hormonal to tilt your body's hormones in your favour, an ant-estrogen would be perfect to help reduce estrogen related fat stores such as chest fat. I'd say go for E-form by Dermabolics, it's the anti-estrogen Formestane that is noted for it's igf-1 and testosterone boosting effects. Ephedrine/Caffeine/Yohimbine HCL stacked together would be perfect for reducing stubborn fat around the gut and love handles. I'd use the following doses:

40mg ephedrine/400mg caffeine/10mg yohimbine HCL
20mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine/7.5 mg yohimbine HCL
20mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine/7.5mg yohimbine HCL

The first dose should be takin on an empty stomach. I think your going to do really well, powerlifting builds an AWESOME bass of pure mass. I would suggest you work at bringing up your arms to max your chest though. To give your body a more pleasing shape an effort should be made to widen up your shoulders, legs and back. So lateral raises, wide-grip and close grip pulldowns along with hack squats will acomplish this. Doing this will give you the appearance of a smaller waist.

what are good anti estrogens to use would nolvadex extreme work well or what else can i take that is available over the counter

Does anyone think that this is gyno and what can i do to help it or is it just a high percentage of bodyfat

You never know unless you have lumps in your nips or puffy,...But in your case it could be the bf%.... Supplements like ( MC's IGF, MC's Aqua-burn )can help you,...but i would first get your diet straight, cardio and training, in check and you can use the aqua-burn to help you shed some weight off....

in addition to whatever advice you get here, get a personal trainer as well.

if you are serious about wanting to improve yourself, you cant get every you need by asking online. Virtual reality aint gonna do it all for you. You must get a good, experienced, trained, personal trainer. AND be willing to spend some $ for it.

No offence but I hope you're joking!

90% of the personal trainers out there aren't half as knowledgable as they'd like to think they are. Tons of bro's on this board and around the net are competetive bodybuilders, powerlifters, hockey players, athletes who have extremely advanced knowledge that surpasses personal trainers. Sure there are some good personal trainers but there is NOTHING they can teach you that you can't learn yourself by doing research. They don't know anything that you can't learn for free somewhere else. I think it's a huge waste of money IMO.

Just my 2 cents on personal trainers.......
