Has anyone noticed any differnece when using igf every day compared to only on the days you train.

if you using it on the days you dont train, which mucle do you target? lagging parts?

yes bro every day for me, and NOT just days I workout, and as for where to apply it on your days off, I would say using it on a lagging body part is a good idea, it definatly cant hurt ya know

I've done both. Doing it ED for me gave me results faster, but I had to take time off after say 10 weeks to see similiar results again. I now do it only on training days, but I also use insulin ED. I like to stay on IGF continuously as it is a godsend for joints and tendons as well as bringing up lagging bodyparts. The insulin gives me the full pumped feeling all day ED that the IGF did albeit it is substantially more difficult and dangerous to incorporate properly.

That's what I do bro, if I train shoulders, I apply to the shoulders, if I train bis and tris, I apply to them. Then on my days off, I apply it to my abs

That's what I do, too, apply to whatever muscle I'm training for that day, but I also like to apply every day for best results. I've said it before..I'd be on it year round if I could.
