well im back, i feel i bit stronger, more powerful feeling. Its a strange feeling when my muscles contract, its like they are harder. Overall...a good thing

Regular doses are 30-40 mcg /day. Some others have gone up to 60-80 mcg.

yeah some feel this and some dont feel it right away or at all, bump for others

the most consistent and effective way i've personally found to immediately notice the effects of igf-i is the complete resuscitation of your balls if you're on cycle. igf-i is a co-gonadotropin along with hcg/lh, and you'll notice these effects extremely rapidly if you're shut down/shrunk to any degree.

that's a pretty good description of the feeling of igf-i. at higher doses the first thing i notice is a sort of "brainache" where it just feels like my skull is one size too small. igf-i will increase intracranial pressure noticeably, and it's not pleasant.

that's exactly the information i needed dude. thank you. lr3igf-i is a co-gonadotropin. its primary mechanism may have been to stimulate the release of GnRH/LH; or, it could've been to increase sensitivity at your testes. apparently it does the latter, because you rule out the first as being significant.

this means it's the combination of lr3igf-i + hcg/leftover lh that's so potent at causing ball growth, not lr3igf-i on its own. i run hcg through all cycles. hcg will do it a little on its own but my junk exploded when i added the lr3. you're so shut down right now that you have no lh to even cause a response. people who have been on for less time will still have some LH washing around to be potentiated by the lr3igf-i. this also means the ball-enhancement of lr3igf-i won't be permanent if you run it throughout a longer cycle, and you may eventually waste anyway. you need some hcg or lh.
