ok , so when u take insulin after as well as when it peaks u have to take in carbs and sugar. . so i know u dont want to take in fat or bad fat or it will make u fat obviously. . but if u load too much sugar or too many carbs either way wouldnt this eventually also turn into fat??? i knw u must find ur own "level" but once u start goin hypo its a must that u get sugar in and fast but i feel sometimes i put in so much trying to loose the shakes i overdo it. ok thats a lot just wondering u guys thoughts
