The natty pb at the store the kind thats full of oil, ive eatin alot of it. It usually has 1 to 2 grams of sugar per serving. the regular kind of peanut butter i like only has 3g's of sugar per serving fat, carbs, fiber etc. are all the same? What is the real difference in them? Besides one tastes better and is a hell of alot cleaner as in no stiring etc.????

I would, me and my gf have gone over this many times in past

I tell her that yes, whatever, might be more natty and healthy but if I can't eat enough because of the bland taste or because it's so dry then I can't get enough calories and that is defeating the whole purpose

thats kinda what i was thinking. If everything is virtually the same macro wise i cant see there being a big enough difference for me to chomp on the bland dry flavor like you said.

I guess Im odd but I like the natty stuff better. To me it just tastes better. I really don't think the one gram is gonna make much difference. I love peanut butter.

No i eat almonds twice a day so get kinda sick of them lol. It taste pretty good?
