So yesterday, I did legs, and today my whole body is sore and aches. My legs better grow as hard as Im hitting them. Did 20 rep squats yesterday.
 
I hit some 20 rep squats and leg press today for legs. I hear ya on needing to see some growth for that kind of pain.
 
I would die honestly, my cardiovascular system is completely fucked anymore and I'd never be able to handle it...You should definitely be growing if you're getting that sore
 
I also have been doing 20 rep squats, leg press, hack sqaut, etc. And heavy as fckn possible. I had this guy who sqauts 500 with ease do legs with me last saturday and by the time we were done neither one of us could hardly walk. He told me I was fckn nuts, LOL!!!!! He's never done that type of rep range with that kind of weight.
 
high reps are what made my legs grow the most in the shortest period of time, but boy do i hate it.

i would prefer to squat heavy as shit for 8 reps than do 20 rep sets. i used to do heavy sets then a 20 rep set but havent done a full out high rep workout in a while.
i have to work back up to heavy weight and then i transition that into higher reps.
