I have been reading everything in sight about muscle, anabolics, androgenics, and nutrition for this whole time. I just never wanted to be able to be flamed, not that you guys do, but they use to on fitnessboard. It is kinda good to know sometimes that trainers tell people bad info. That is I know better. I will do my best to help anyone I can. Thanks for the responses guys. By the way--- I was 172lbs just having gall bladder removed when I joined. Im at 213 and about 9% bf now. So congrats to you guys for the help. I also just had blood test run and due to the help ive gotten here my liver panels were barely up and my blood pressure was 120 over 67. Not bad for the last week of a cycle.
