ok guys, ive been waiting on a few different things to arrive before i could get my pre contest bulk started, now ive got everything i need and its time to get this bulk happening! ive basically got my whole cycle planned apart from how im going to run my dbol, ive never ran orals very long in a cycle before ( i think maybe 4-5 weeks at the longest?), i was planning on running this dbol for 8 weeks, but i now have 10 weeks to spend on my bulk so im undecided as to how i can run them, here are a few ideas i have atm on how i could run the dbol:

ex. 1 60mg dbol week 3-10?

ex. 2 60mg dbol week 1-8?

ex. 3 60mg dbol week 1-4 6-10?

any opinions on any of these ideas? im not sure if 10 weeks would be too long to run dbol straight? i was also thinking if i was going to split it up like in ex. 3 i could up the dose to 80-90mg since id be giving my liver that break.

im very excited for everyones opinions so please chime in!

at first i wasnt sure what/ how i was going to run during my bulk because i didnt know for sure how long id have to get ready for my comp but not i have a timeframe so i structured my cycle differently how i first had it set out, im going to be running:

test prop week 1-10
test enan week 1-10
deca week 1-10
+dbol
slin postwo week 1-4 and 6-10

cals will be increased on par with weight gain throughout cycle, starting at between 4800-5000, keeping cardio every morning only 20 mins to keep metabolism high ( something i havnt done during a bulk before), im eating enough to compensate for the high metabolism, plus it will make it alot easier when i get my prep diet started.
 
run d bol the whole time...ramp up the dose...

wks 1-2 30mg
wks 3-4 40mg
wks 5-8 50mg
wks 9 40mg
wks 10 30mg
 
chris, i like that idea of gradually increasing the dose, thats something i have never thought of doing with orals for some reason, id probably use a higher dose though tbh. and i dont really see a benefit of tapering down, is there a reason you wrote it out like that? i havent really seen anybody pyramid oral dosages before.
now im wondering if mini blast and cruise dbol spurts would be a good idea? something like: 2 weeks 100mg ED, 1 week 30mg ED repeat etc. what do you think?

and big, i have 22 weeks from this monday coming, so monday will be week 1 and ill bulk for 10 weeks maybe 11 depending on my condition at the time, then start my dieting from there.
 
yea mate ill be running test and tren and an oral from probably 6 weeks out winstrol or maybe var. my last diet i was only running 425mg test and 350mg tren and i was really happy with the conditioning i got to in only 10 weeks, it wasnt for a show though so this time il be running higher doses and also dieting for a little longer.

yea bro its going to be a fun ride. its still reocvering from a major flu i got sunday that lasted till wensday, i woke up with a headache this morning but feeling a little better now, my digestive system still has no idea what its doing im getting sick of the extremely bloated stomach, ive been eating fibre like crazy to things back on track its just taking a little time.
i pulled my right rhomboid washing the dishes today, which i have no idea how it happened, it feels like im pulling a new muscle everyday since ive been sick, my muscle/ joint aches are rediculous, im going to see a sports doc next week to see if theres anything i can do to help my joints at all before i start moving some really heavy weights again.

That's really shitty, hopefully the doc can help you out because that's going to really hinder things for you if it doesn't get any better
