I just started using another brand of Suspension and NPP and this one hurts like holy hell for 2 days after the pin. I expect this, but what I didn't expect was to have damn near golf ball sized knots in my delts. One is worse than the other, I just don't think I put the needle far enough in and that could've been why it got worse than the other one. Has anyone ever had this happen? I've been massaging the knots and they've been going down slightly, but they still remain from Tuesday and Wednesday. The pins in the glutes didn't do this, so I'm not sure what caused it, but what are some other methods to get these down? I can't think of anything other than just massaging them and trying to rub them in pretty good
