log to my first show

Try to have fun. I just did my first contest and it was fun. I had never washed out a lot of salt and carbs then carbed up. Missed my window, badly.
Wouldn't have made a difference b/c I didn't have that stage presence/finesse down. Some people just pose, but those guys that can get some kind of stage presence going, those guys place.
One guy slapped his quad and ass, don't do that. One guy switched between poses with a technowy robotic motion, not overly so, but it was there. He won. He was also clearly in the best shape.
He showed up at the show with like, staff.

Just have fun. Good Luck - Curb appetite with nicoret gum. Tastes like $h!t.

yep, i have and lots of guys to until the water from the anadrol spills over subq, but yeah in the beginning of anadrol when the muscles are super saturated with water, hell yeah i get vascular , its a fine line though cause at some point it spills and smooths ya over, which is why some guys play with it a lot pre contest a few separate times to see how long it is until the spill/smooth over, so they know how to run anadarol right before stepping on stage, I personally have not used it pre contest, but plenty of guys have and thats how they do it! Its best to keep a journal of exact doses, and hour of day you took it, and exact what and how much you ate and drank, and you should THEORETICALLY know how to manipulate it so you can run it pre contest and step on stage full as fuck , vascular and not smoothed over yet!

But again, i never had the balls to try , as if you fuck up a day or two out, their aint shit you can do and all that hard work is for nothing and your ass is stepping on stage smooth and fucked up looking, but i guess if you do a few runs and if you think you have it down properly, and know your body then go for it!

NPC in South Carolina. Got third. Learned a lot though. Really wish I would have started sooner. 34 now.

started @ 238lbs 6*0 ft.. fasting cardio morning. First 2 weeks dropped 10lbs Still same strength.

75 mgs tren ace e.o.d 7wk-0
100 mgs test prop e.o.d wk5-2
And Mc igf wk6-2 60mcgs e.d

Complete noob question: If I am about to use igf-Lr3, should I run the andromix I have with it? (50mg Test p, 50mg Mast p, 50mg tren a) And at what dose and the andromix? It's 150 per ml. So 50 of each.
