Is your show around Labor Day?....looking good Brutha keep it consistent and don't deviate from your plan, don't listen to other peoples feed back or suggestions, easy to get caught up in that when your mind plays tricks on you. Man I can't stop pissing lmfao woke up today 215lbs crazy went low carb yesterday and kept falling asleep. Can't wait till tomorrow ihop for my birthday! I Bet you don't have many people don't say that as where there going to for there birthday lmfao!

chest and bi ' s . Chest went fine but did low weight and had a amazing pump. Went to bi ' s and that damn right bi
Felt weird and kinda hurt? So I just stopped completely .
Now it feels like it's cramping? I guess I'm not doing bi ' s still , don't want to chance ripping my arm off.

3 weeks out

30 – 45 minutes of low impact cardio 5 days per week in the morning on an empty stomach.
Do Diet A for 2 days, then Diet B for 1 day, then repeat.
Diet A
MEAL 1 (1,500 mg of CLA)
10 egg whites, ½ cup of oatmeal (plain oats in tall canister) (measured dry)
MEAL 2
8 - 10 ounces of chicken breast with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli
MEAL 3 (1,500 mg of CLA)
8 - 10 ounces of tilapia with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli
MEAL 4
8 - 10 ounces of chicken breast with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli
MEAL 5
Post Workout Protein Shake – 2 scoops of low carb whey protein powder and 5 g of glutamine
MEAL 6
8 - 10 ounces of turkey breast cutlets or ground turkey breast (white meat) with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli
(if needed) MEAL 7
10 egg whites OR a casein (or whey) protein shake
Diet B
MEAL 1 (1,500 mg of CLA)
10 egg whites, ½ cup of oatmeal (plain oats in tall canister) (measured dry)
MEAL 2
8 - 10 ounces of tilapia with ¾ cup of parboiled rice and ¾ cup of green beans or broccoli
MEAL 3 (1,500 mg of CLA)
8 - 10 ounces of chicken breast with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli
MEAL 4
8 - 10 ounces of tilapia with ¾ cup of parboiled rice and ¾ cup of green beans or broccoli
MEAL 5
Post Workout Protein Shake – 2 scoops of low carb whey protein powder and 5 g of glutamine
MEAL 6
8 - 10 ounces of 93/7 ground beef or eye of round steak with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli

I'm to skinny, you look sick, why you want to cut weight? ! Then hey your looking cut.. lmfao the fat people telling me I'm to thin and the thin people saying I'm looking good . Lol

YEAH THAT SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT BRUTHA LOL,

and looking good freak, you will always think your skinny when cutting, all the way up until its time to carb up and hit the stage
 
I added 2 pills of super dmz 2.0 with the 30mgs tbol and I can't Tell if it's that or sweet and low I've been using giving me sub q bloat?
