So I have been pinning dif areas to have more of a variety since it is pretty much useless to pin my glutes anymore. Way to much scar tissue. I love hittn my calves. I can put a ml and a half in each calf now and thats just on the inside head. The outside I only do a ml. So I decided to pin my bi's yesterday and WOW!!!!! Don't get me wrong, my bi's are so fckn sore today it's stupid but I'll get used to it. It might be that I used TNE/TREN to experiment. The way I look at it, if I can handle that mix in the area I pin then everything else will be childs play. Still got pecs, tri's and lats to try out. I tried to hit qauds, but that just isn't gonna happen. WAY to painful!!!!!!
