Yeah I find myself on it multiple times a day... lol I get a little obsessive about my weight because it's always been so hard for me to gain it I'm super paranoid about losing it. I'm trying to break that habit tho.

I'm on the fence about what to change next tho, either cut some cals or up the cardio. That change will be taking place next week so I still have some time to decide.

lol sorry I was out of town for a few days.
No clue what my weight is at. But my arms have measured the same throughout 16in and my waist has gone down almost an inch relaxed. ~33.5 before and just barley over 32.5 now.
The body dysmorphia is kicking and and I keep seeing myself as fat or not lean enough. I'm throwing in another cardio day this week bringing it up to 3x a week. I lift 6x a week with high volume now. Everything is 5 sets of 12 reps with occasional dropsets and super sets.
My lifting endurance is through the roof. I feel recovered and ready to go within 30s or less after each set. No real strength lost and on some lifts it's gone up! (I can curl more weight for some reason)
About 8 days or so left on the sarms and another 2 weeks on the igf1. I'm getting a bodpod and metabolic test after this so I'll be looking forward (hopefully) to having a nice reduction in body fat % so I can dispel this feeling of looking exactly the same but just weighing less.

Side note:I forgot how much my hair freaking grows on igf1. Lol I just got it cut a week ago and you already can't even tell.
 
Beginning of week 6 (last week of sarms and my small cut)
Woke up at a fasted weight of 183.8. Down from 191-192 whenI started. Bodpod test is scheduled for next Monday morning.
 
The only time I get on the scale is when I have to for a Dr appt. It is NEVER good. I remember having to have a surgical procedure done one morning and having to fast and not drink anything and all that and only weighed like 225 and later that day at the gym people were coming up telling me how freaky I looked... and then I've had days when I was 245 and literally felt like I didn't belong in a gym.
Strength is the exact same thing for me. You guys are not going to believe how weak I am.
What is your diet like? How many grams of protein, carbs, etc? I literally focus more on getting my cardio time in than I do on lifting...
 
Last dose of Ostarine was Friday, S4 was Thursday(Ran out), and igf Friday as well.
Woke up at a fasted weight of 182! That's 9 lbs in 6 weeks. Exactly what I was looking for on this cut.
I don't look as hard today as I was in the previous week and I think that's due to no longer being on S4.
So overall review

Strength
While I was trying to cut and wasn't focusing on strength really I can't say whether or not my absolute strength has gone up or down. However my strength endurance has def increased. Weights I could normally only work up to 1-2 sets of say 12 reps before failing I can now do 3-4 sets of 12 with and with shorter rest periods needed between sets to recover.
Size
This is the 3rd time ever I've actually tried to drop weight/fat/whatever. The first time my strength was zapped fairly quick, and this run I did not experience that. The second was during a contest prep and pretty much all my size I felt was lost from my arms and shoulders so that's why I did the constant measuring of them this time to judge is I was "getting smaller" while doing this. I didn't. I pretty much look the same size wise from the beginning just leaner. Although my wife swears my arms have gotten bigger.

Side effects
After the first week I def felt my libido drop off and it is still down. I tried to mitigate it with Unleashed and that has help some but it's still down. I've also noted slightly weaker erections but I think that may be e2 related with the Ostarine because I am rather sensitive it e2. I get the same problem on test is I don't have a low dose AI running. There is some lethargy noted too. The first week I had some mild tension headaches that went away completely after about 10 days. I did not have any of the vision issues with S4 and I ended up running it everyday vs the 5 on 2 off protocol. Although most vision issues are noted above 50mgs and I was only taking 35mg.

So start to finish
Weeks 1-6 20mg PP Ostarine
Weeks 2-6 35mg PP Anadrine (S4)
Weeks 3-6 60mcg MC IGF-1

I will be starting MC Aqua-Clo at 25mg a day for about 3 weeks for PCT and 60mg of Raloxifine for about 2 because I have some laying around left over from my last cycle pct.

All and all I have pretty pleased with this small cut and the use of my lottery winnings. Thanks Presser for making this possible! :gold:

Tomorrow morning is my bodpod reading to see my body composition changes. My last one was early November towards the end of my last cycle at 193.5lbs and 13.5% BF with a RMR of 2,016 kCals. So I'm interested to see my results. I'll post those when I have them.

Now to decide what to do next. Maintain or get leaner...
