I've been off for almost 2 years without any good reason so I couldn't tell ya what it's like to be "ON". I'm almost scared to start again. Only cause of what my gains have been like without it, it's going to be insane. People with go crazy, there will be mass destruction, it wil be ARMAGEDDON!
lol bro, i am glad it motivates u but let me tell u one thing bro i could have done 3 times the amount than i did and i dont think i woulf look like this cuz, it take a lot more then juice to make a champ. its everything. i was sleeping rite, eating rite, training rite and supplementing rite. if u miss one element u wont get mad results like i got.
I feel like my training is really good but my diet could use a little more help. I usually take in about 120-130g of protein in a day; another 25-30g would be nice.
