Its a slow digesting carbo source. Each serving has 50g of carbs. Its bland so you will have to mix it with a protein powder. Easiest place to get it is trueprotein.com

Yeah, I bought 26lbs total so I would save the max amount. so that leaves 19lbs of protien. I went with the following blen.

40% whey ion exchange
20% egg white
20% whey cold filtration
20% calcium casceinate

That with my Malto, with 2 day air shipping was $179.00

I thought it was a damn good price. should last me almost two months.

Figured up 285 or so servings at 28gms per serving. taking 4 shakes a day with 2 scoops in each shake comes to 35-36 days. But I won't be drinking all 4 shakes every day of the week, I wish I was that consistent, but I'm not.
