have you used all those compounds? Cause the best mass gainer is what you respond to. For me, I would use alot of test and deca - I'd personally pass on the orals cause I cant eat enough to gain mass when I use them.
The key is to eat big and train big. Keep protien high. Since it was a bulker I would stimulate my appetite with mcdonalds burgers since they contain an appetite stimulating compound in the food.
I dont like anadrol since it's huge water weight gains just dissapear after cycle.
As far as gear. Use what has worked for you in the past.
I wouldnt recommend for your first cycle. For first cycle try half those doses. Dont be in a hurry. You dont want to hurt yourself. You should make great gains first cycle if you train hard and eat big.
I put on 30lbs my first cycle running only deca 300mg./wk and test 500mg/wk for like 12 weeks.
Its all in the diet. Lots of guys could put on 30lbs their first cycle with just 400mg/wk of test if they eat right.
diet is very key if you dont diet right then you might as well send your gear to me i will pm you with my addy.lol. seriously though diet and training got to have both or you will not see the results you want from your gear.
5k calories is great if pure mass and strength is the goal and you can consume that much. I found it hard to consume more than 4k cals.........I would just get sick of food.
