And yes, I definitely feel the IGF gave me an edge in my prep for sure. Other than that, my supplementation was som mild, I might as well have been natty, LOL. The IGF was cut at 2 weeks out and I could definitely tell it wast there any more. I think it works to not only help hold mass but with it's partitioning and shuttling capabilities, I think it shines on a diet
