Thats probably true but I cut back on diet since im not being as active, I have prior back injuries and squats made that hurt again. Knocked me down for a while, but I ruptured the tendons in my right arm around the elbow doing heavy weight hammer curls. Doc said I probably had a tendonittis issue but ignored it and mistook it for muscle pain from lifting so i pushed through it and it was what ruptured the tendons. i reveived injections of steroidal anti inflammatories and it feel much better but still have to take it easy for a few weeks and use lighter weight. he recommended I lay off everything until it heals so i dont have any sides and counteract the injections he gave me. It was 2 ccs into my elbow area, he said small individuals get about 1 cc but the next day it hurt worse then got better. I tell my doc eeverything and he is totally cool, used to be a sports medicine dr for a professional football and hockey team them started his own practice so its nothing new to him. How are you doing, I hear your all fucked up too?
