I never go by the scale, unless i'm trying to obtain a certain weight for something. I'm more of a mirror and/or wife's observation type of guy. I'm going to take weekly pics, butt booty naked, so i can tell what's changing where. I honestly don't need to get much bigger, i just need to solidify what i have and shed some bodyfat. Like i was telling ch3no2 yesterday, i'll be a decent "igf only" test mule, because i'm not doing anything else except my flintstone's vitamins and protein. For those who think i'm kidding, look in the background of this picture. :thumbsup:

whats with the gun pic though? Lol. Is it real? And you should be more careful, that yellow post it note you have in the background has your social security number on it, i just applied for a "platinum american express" under your name and social, thanks,lol

all kidding aside, i think the pics log will be a great asset to the site for just running soley igf, however i can do with out the butt naked pics,lol, im the only one here allowed to post scandalous pics of myself,lmao

Did thise entire workout in like a little over a half hour so i got an insane pump in my quads n could barely walk after that

Today was shoulders, I was pissed becuz there were a bunch of noobs n u had guys doing fukin curls on the smith machine, curls in the power rack, so i ended up modifying my workout

Bent over raises 20*20/30*15/40*8
Behind the neck press (smith) 115*12/155*10/165*8
Dumbell press 60*10/70*10/80*5
between the leg cable raises 50*12/80*10/100*8
Lateral Raises 35*12/40*10/50*6
Shrugs 135*20/225*20/315*8

So far I can say that I've been getting a lot more looks in the gym; My weight today after a workout was 240; i've lost 2 inches on my waist since i've started; pretty much gained size in my forearms and arms yet kept my vascularity, i can visibly see a body recomp chnge going on and strength is continuing to rise....Sorta stoked cause i start my cycle in about 3 weeks and then igf again in pct...

yeah 2 inches is pretty damn good! lol, try to keep those 2 inches off though even when you start back up, i know its easier to say then do but if you can keep the waist line where it is while on then your realy making changes!
 
^^ definitely man....once i come off itll be a week or so before i hop on a test tren eq winny lean bulker....gonna thro some cardio in there as well looking for 10 solid pounds with at least a percent or two drop in bodyfat by the end of it then come back with the igf alon gwith my pct to maintain....diet is spot on

Today was a back workout....had 3 hours o slp last night was up studying and woke up late missed breakfast but had a big lunch although i think that did hurt my workout substantially....

Pull ups 12-10-8
CLose Grip pulldowns 150*12/180*10/200*8
Dorian Yates Barbell Rows 135*12/185*10/225*8 (rest pause on the last 4 reps)
Hammer Rows 2 plates*12/3plates*10/4 plates*8
Hyperextensions 3 sets of 20

Yawning through the entire workout real low energy day for me so i'm hoping i can get a full day of rest and hit it hard with legs tomorrow....bodyweight is at 239 as of today up from 235 when i first started and i can visibly see that its having a body recomp effect.....took my shirt off in the changing room and had a shitload o guys asking me ''what im on?'' lmao i just said ''nothin yet'' n walked out. I'm lookin a lot fuller and my waist to shoulder ratio is looking even better I can see my lats more especially my lower lats with those close grip pulldowns im been going real heavy on....last week on igf i'll try and be super strict with my diet .... I'll pst my diet in the next post so u guys ge tan idea of what im eating while on

11 egg whites 1 whole egg
1 cup oatmeal 2 packets splenda
1 banana


Meal 2
16oz chicken breast
1-2 cups brown rice

1 large apple prewo

igf shot and high carb drink w/ 2 scoops protein

meal 3
16oz chicken breast
2 cups rice

meal 4
1 lb ground beef
1 cup rice

meal 5
8-12 oz chicken breast
1 cup brocoli
1 sweet potato

Meal 6
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tspn olive oil
.5 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk (not all together lol)

thats pretty much what i eat everyday. Sometimes i'll swap all the chicken out for turkey beef or fish but basically 12 to 16oz of meat with 1 cup of rice for each meal....when im doing a heavy bulk i try to increase the carbs but this is keeping it moderate
 
Took a few pics today in tha bathroom afta my workout today.....this is my last week on igf and i've been pretty happy with it. I sstill have a few more inches to lose off my waist as you'll see in the pics....I want to add size to my delts to get that 'cap' look on my medials as well as my traps while bringing my waist in and add overall size especially.....they're a bit blurry cause my camera suckz but i'll try to take some more with my roommate's camera or so....go ez guys lol

lol, my personal favorite for blowing up lean is prop 100mg daily, tren ace 100mg eod, oral winny 100mg eod, and IGF 40mcgs preworkout!

Lean and Mean but still add loads of strentgh and visual size but not so much scale weight
