I've been meaning to ask. Do you do most of your work at home, or at the gym? That may be light to you, but still some good work.
Workouts? Local gym. I DO own commercial grade gym equipment (spent £5-6000 on used stuff mostly from marketplace). I'll be training that new, for me, leg press here every other week soon with a buddy. Planning on going past 800kg/1750lbs. My gym room is 41 x 17ft with an upper deck area too. The new machine is in another room . My home is what was formerly a social club so is 4800 sq ft. Equally, as per a log entry elsewhere, my local gym looks after me. I've even donated weights there too. I spent $500 to add 4 x 20kg/44lb comp spec plates to their set up.

Friday
Need a new brain. I got ALL the way home before realizing I'd left bag in gym so doubled down on my daily steps lol. Otherwise took my sweet time (had to wait ages to do chins anyway)
Dumbbell Bench Press
Worked to 60kg/132lbs per hand x 6 reps using my singly ply slingshot. Brutal just to hold

Lat Pulldowns/Chins
10p x 12, 18p x 8 / bwt (321lbs) x 6, +25kg/55lbs x 4 ugly reps (should have gone with 22.5kg added)

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work LH
to 65kg x 3 x 3 solid reps

Hell of a setup Mobster. I've been listening to the podcast and I was pretty sure you had a setup at home, just wanted to confirm. Thats a lot of space to live in. I would really like to have a big open space like that someday to setup how I choose. I do a good amount of remodeling, construction, and finish work. My wife has an amazing eye for design and style, she has provided the vision and I bring it to life. Sorry for the rant.

All and all, good day moving metal.

I lack that 'eye' women have for room dressing.

Monday
Took my sweet time (2hrs+). Partly cos it was all HEAVY, so loading and unloading took a while and partly cos I helped a little on a machine being repaired. Left knee felt 'off' but was ok by the time I got to the gym
