Muscle Milk Mocha Joe

I just had a Mocha Joe protein drink from Muscle Milk. The after-taste is like a cup of coffee instead of a protein drink - that's a good protein drink!

Muscle Milk has alot of good flavors. We picked up a couple flavors yesterday - Mocha Joe (coffee), Banana Creme, Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate Peanut Butter. They have about 11 flavors total, and it's a good protein source.

Yes, the label says "Energy Boosted with Caffeine." Damn, now I can't drink it before bed!

Banana Creme is a little artificial tasting. It tastes like those little banana taffy pops we had as kids (I never did like them).

if you get the Cookies n' Creme, mix it with milk and a scoop of peanut butter, it tastes EXACTLY like a butterfinger candybar, exactly!!!!

i like the banana flavor mixed with half OJ and half water with peanut butter added after workouts, yum yum

Mmmmm, Muscle Milk, good.

Actually, I mix 3 scoops of Vanillla, 1 scoop of Mocha Joe, and 1 scoop of Cookies n' creme, then add 2 Tlbs of peanut butter, 2 cups of milk and ice. One of my fav breakfasts.

I know some will gasp at the levels but really, it's not that bad.
