Lastest pics from this week. After set back with pec tear, no training for 5 weeks, and vacation getting back to hardcaore training. Currently a little over 270 pounds.

how did u tear ur pec, and ur sure its a tare and not just strained or pulled?
 
I either tore it or ruptured tendons. Of course i did it benching. warming up woth just 275. lol...Everyone listening stay off the fucking bench...............All healed up now and back to hardcore training and growing.

latest update pics. holding around 270. Trainer just updated diet and sups. Starting a shit load of viatamins. About 25 weeks out. gonna start adding a little cardio and tighten things up a bit. Look for more frequent updates and more hardness to come.
 
In this months Musculardevelopment my trainer, Fahkri Mubarak, answers a question from a reader about what bodypart he thought was most important for a top level bodybuilder to have. Fahkri says it back. I remember when i first started with Fak and he looked me over. One of the things he said was that i had a good back but i was missing parts. He compared my back to a map of th e United Staes with missing states on it. Ever since then during ever back workout i would think of what state i would be adding that day. I think ive been making good progress but as we all know as bodybuilder our work never stops. Here are some update pics of my progression.
