My cut routine will be: workout Monday chest bis tris, High reps 10-20 per set-Tuesday Back & Shoulders High reps 10-20 per set- Wednesday legs High reps 10-20 per set-Thursday Chest bis tris High reps 10-20 per set- Friday Back & Shoulders High reps 10-20 per set-... Ab training Monday Wednesday Frday. Cardio 30min in morning fasted stated every morning. Cardio HIIT post lift 30mins. Diet is very low cal 1,800 --- 180g P 100g C 75g F. Weekend diet 2400 cals Abs M/W/F and obliques T/T I may use DNP during my cut but I'm unsure if I'd need it. What do u guys think? Well planned? Or do more research? I'm not relying on PEDs to get to my goals but I'm not against them either. My goal is from my 13% bf to 5-7% by August, I have a comp in Sept. Seriously I did seperated this into paragraphs. I posted it & this happened... Any idea why?

it happens to some people on certain browsers, i think old iPads had this issue, not sure though, ill see if i can't fix it for ya brutha
