FULL BODY BLAST
This is my 1st workout since getting back from my vacation while recovering from an injury I got while there. Went much lighter just to test things out and it actually went great.

*Leg Extension--5 sets of 15
*Flat Bench Press--5 sets of 15
*Incline Bench Press--5 sets of 20
*Military Press-4 sets of 12
*Front Raises W/Rope-- 5 sets of 15
SUPER SETS:
*Reverse Grip Tri Pressdowns--5 sets of 15
*Hammer Rope Curls--5 sets of 20
*Close Grip Bench Press--4 sets of 15
*EZ Bar Curls--4 sets of 15
*Ab Roller Crunches--5 sets of 40
