Sorry I haven't been updating my workout log. We've been on vacation in Spain since last Saturday.

Will be leaving for home tomorrow and will be updating regularly again.
 
FULL BODY BLAST

This is my 1st workout since getting back from my vacation while recovering from an injury I got while there. Went much lighter just to test things out and it actually went great.
