Ok just a quick update -
had great workouts over the weekend. Felt a tad flat, so im adding in some extra red meat meals. So now Im eating 3 red meat meals, and cutting out the fish for a couple weeks. Also, added some extra carbs (white rice) this seems to just raise my metabolism even more. So prob, around an extra 50-60 grams carbs per day. Im taking in around 300-325 grams of carbs per day now.
yesterday, I looked pretty decent with the extra cals. Felt fuller, looked tighter. Better pump, but still maybe not enough food. So I will continue to add in extra carbs threwout the week.
I love how you say you looked pretty decent. I have never seen you not look decent.. You are the man in my book bro.. And Zues is look good as he'll to.. I can't wait tell I look half as good as you guys.. I know both of you will be kicking some major ass this November !!!!

well this week has been better than last week. Im getting leaner, but holding my weight better this week. Plan on changing up my diet this weekend. Cardio has increased a little bit, im doing an avg. of 35-40 mins per day now. This seems to help lean me out, (ofcourse) and with keeping my cals higher, im holding my weight better. As of today im 237lbs. Last week on thursday, I was down to 233-234lbs. I would say im as lean or a touch leaner than last week.
