Today is a carb up day. then going to start my keto diet tommarow. It will be very simular to the way Magnum had me eating in 09 for Nationals. I'm going to prob, have a full carb up day on saturdays, with a final cheat meal that evening. I'll post the diet on here once im done with it...But, it will be a very simple diet, High pro, moderate fats, low carbs. Pulumbo or Magnum diet...
 
UPDATED 12 week out pics

Here they are 12 weeks out, weight is at 250lbs...Felt pretty flat by the time I took these. But overall feel leaner this week.
 
Post carb up pics

pics taken today ...prob, ate around 600-700 grams of carbs saturday evening. Filled out pretty good, looking fuller and rounder...weight this morning was 254lbs...so about 5lbs heavier...
 
trained delts and triceps tonight...did tri's first to be able to do them heavy enough to stimulate some growth (I hope) felt pretty depleted mid way threw the workout. Afterwards, did delts, machine presses, d.b. laterals, victor laterals, and rear d.b. laterals...also hit abs, as I need to improve some thickness in them.
 
leg day coming up.

feel really good, about where im at right now. weight is coming down pretty fast this week. cleaning up the diet, really has dropped some water weight. (more than I thought) Overall, I like how im shaping up, this fast. I just dont want to lose any mass.
 
Had a cheat meal last night. Woke up 2lbs lighter...lol

look leaner, going to eat a good amount of carbs today. (good clean carbs) and see how I look tommarow
 
11 week out pics

Hey guys here are my 11 week out pics. weight is at 244-245lbs this week. Had a carb up evening yesterday, and woke up 2-3 lbs lighter...funny how your metabolism works like that. I felt kinda flat when these are taken today, post workout. I think im going to add in a few extra cals this next week, and then see where im at. Seems like the more food I eat, the faster my metabolism gets.

im a tad worried that im coming down to fast, as I feel like im losing to much fullness this soon. Even with my carbs in the diet, at around 250-300 grams it doesnt seem to be enough. Im going to up them next week to around 350 grams and see if that helps. I think protein is high enough, and I have added fats to (10-15 per meal) to try to keep any gains that I have acheived the past 4 months or so. The one thing I know, is that its hard to keep new muscle, once you start dieting down again. Its just not solid yet, or dense enough to stay with ya, on a hard diet. So diet has to be spot on, along with supplements, and gear...:show:
 
I am going to continue to eat carbs tonight, and see if that fills me out more for tommarows workout. I know that at 245lbs im pretty flat right now, or feel really flat.

these where taken this morning, after filling up with carbs all weekend. Maybe, not as tight as saturday, but fuller....
 
well i'll take that back, I think the fullness makes me look tighter, or a tad leaner. Im not, but the overall look is a touch better. weight this morning was 248lbs. so I gained back 5lbs. I just dont want to be down in the lower 230's to soon. Im hoping to grow a little bit into this show.
 
today is an off day...weight is 252lbs.

cardio only did 30 mins this morning, going to do 25-30 at night.
