Another great back worout tonight. Felt pretty full (it was a light evening workout, so I had 6 meals in me) Strengh was very good. I looked pretty good, holding a touch of water threwout though. but that is normal for me at night time. I weighed in at 235 tonight. So its up some. Im guessing Ill be around 228-229 by morning....Pics this weekend for sure...
