4 weeks for chest exercises...you are 10% healed in one week, 30% healed in 2 weeks and 90% healed in 3 weeks...I will start doing light chest in 3.5 weeks I mean really light to see how it feels...I can start doing my arms and legs again in 2 weeks...I just cant involve chest and stretching of the chest for 4 weeks or so....
