HI guys, I placed third in novice lightweight- came in right at 154. The guy who took first may be disqualified as he has already won a novice placing last year at a local event. Nonetheless, I was very happy with the results. I learned a lot about the preparation, personal limits and posing. I thank you all forthe motivation and valuable tips. I am planning my 2006 event now!

Congratulations!!!!! You looked great!
Did you get a chance to talk to the judges after the show was over and if you did what recommendation did they make. I only really have one for the offseason- work on getting your quads up to snuff with your upper body. Everyone has areas they have to work in. Again, congrats!!!

Great Job!! You look awesome (not that I want to pick curtains out with you or anything). Again, congratulations.

I spoke with Gustavo Baddell who was calling the event, and Milos Sarcev who was a guest and judge. They said the same, my legs were shredded, but with quads I should place well in open class next go around. I had so much fun and these pros were gracious to us beginners. Good crowd and a great experience overall.
