Hello all, new user and usp sponsored athlete introducing myself to you everyone and to document my progress with you all. Today regiment:
Up at 8:30 for 50 minutes of fasted cardio on elliptical machine. Like to hit daily fasted cardio no matter what phase im in for overall heart health and lipid markers. I do this 5x a week on training days and space out my weight training a minimum of 4 hours after to make sure the cardio hasn’t affected my lift at all. Today is legs
  • Seated leg curl 3x8-12
  • Leg extension 2x10-15
  • Hack squat 2x8-12
  • Leg press 2x12-20
  • Abduction machine 2x10-15
  • Standing calf raise 3x12-15
Training is done with 1-2 rir style usually only going to failure or closest too on the last set of each exercise to maximize growth and recovery times.

Diet is still on the low end as im coming out of a long dieting phase and im currently reversing out of that.
Meal 1: 200g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 English muffin, and 100g strawberries

Meal 2: 150g ground beef, 100g potatoes, 55g zucchini and 75g blueberries

Meal 3: 150g chicken, 50g Brussels sprouts, 70g jasmine rice

Meal 4: 150g chicken, 50g Brussels sprouts, 70g jasmine rice

Day 2:
So today started off again with fasted cardio this morning for 50 minutes on the elliptical. I prefer the elliptical bc it’s lighter on the joints. Pre cardio was-400mg l carnitine, and 20mcg clen.
Coach altered my meal plan slightly so training days now look like-
Meal 1, 200g egg whites, 2whole eggs, 100g strawberries, and 1.5 English muffins.
Meal 2, preworkout meal 40g whey protein, 60g oats, and 100g blueberries
Meal 3, 150g chicken, 65g Brussels sprouts, 120g jasmine rice
Meal 4, 150g ground beef, 65g Brussels sprouts, 200g white potatoes

Today was push day so it went as follows:
  • Machine lateral raise 3x10-15
  • Hammer strength incline 2x8-12
  • Db flat bench 3x8-12
  • Pec Dec 3x10-15
  • Bilateral tri ext 3x12-20
  • Sa tri pushdown 2x10-15
  • Rope ab crunch 3x15-20

Kept the same meal plan today as the previous day as my training days are the same diet plans with the exception of off days which are slightly lower in carbs/calories.

Really focused on time under tension and controlling the weight throughout the movement. Anyone can throw a lot of weight around but slow controlled reps are what makes a difference in growth.

What’s going on family today is Thursday which means rest day 👎🏾 I always struggle with rest days as I enjoy being in the gym and pushing it but rest/recovery is highly important and can keep you going longer without the need for a deload week. Just bc it’s an off day doesn’t mean I get to sit around all day, gonna keep things like metabolism and cardio health going by getting some light active recovery in by taking several walks throughout the day. I start with a 60 minute fasted walk and then follow each meal with minimum 10 minute walk to work towards a total of 10k steps per day. If needed longer walks may be sprinkled in here and there. On my down time though it’s dangerous bc I end up cruising the USP website looking through the great deals they have going, I think since Nov there’s been some sort of sale every week! This week until 12/15 is buy 2 get 1 free on many ghrp’s and gh secretagogue’s, hgh, Reta, and a few other products. Check it out and grab things at a steal. I personally use Reta, and hgh and can recommend those for great fatloss capacity. Waiting for the td pack from USP and will post pics when it arrives😈

Today’s diet is slightly pulled back to compensate for it being an off day. Looks like this:
Meal1:
200g egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 English muffin
100g strawberries

Meal 2:
150g chicken
70g jasmine rice
100g zucchini

Meal 3:
150g chicken
70g jasmine rice
100g zucchini

Meal 4:
150g ground beef
100g white potatoes
65g Brussels sprouts
150g orange

Total:
Calories-1573
Protein- 179
Carbs- 112
Fat- 45

Aye what’s up crew back to the gym today to crush push/leg day today and damn was it a good one. Pumps by cialis were crazy and im reaching peak levels on my trt dose and I feel weights have slowly been increasing over the last couple weeks which is awesome. Back on the same training day diet protocol with slightly higher carbs/calories than my off days.   • Sl leg press 2x10-15
  • Lying ham curl 2x8-12
  • Prime lateral raise 3x10-15
  • Hammer strength incline 2x8-12
  • Pec Dec 3x10-15
  • Bilateral tri extension 3x8-12
Each movement has an emphasis on time under tension. Slow controlled reps and explode out of the bottom. This is what drivers hypertrophy instead of slinging heavy weights around using momentum. Solid workout overall with lower volume on my second workout for these body parts in the week. And last but not least the td pic with a little extra
